Ingredients: 100 % dead sea salt
Directions:
Dissolve 60-120 g of salt in lukewarm water of the bathtub and soak for 20 minutes; or dissolve 1 tablespoon of salt in lukewarm water. You can also a towel to absorb the salt water and then apply a warm compress on affected area. (please adjust the dose of salt if needed)
